What's your Returns Policy?

We think Matrix sunglasses are the best around and represent excellent value for money, but we understand things sometimes just don't work out. For this reason we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after this period will be refused, no exception! Glasses must be returned within this period and be unused and in factory new condition. Glasses that are returned damaged, scratched or incomplete are subject to a 15% restocking fee, so take care of them!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most common European countries and Australisia.

M.2. SHIPPING RATES

All orders are dispatched via the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation.

For our international customers, we advise you to fully read our policies on international delivery and customs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times for international orders are approximate only. Your package will have to clear international customs in your country prior to delivery, and depending on their current processing times, this may or may not delay delivery. Matrix 2 Sunglasses has no control over, nor can we predict current processing times.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. Matrix 2 Sunglasses has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

USA ORDERS

If your order was delivered in the U.S.A. and arrived damaged, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a replacement pair, subject to availability. If you suspect your order has been lost, please allow 14 business days for delivery before contacting us as this is a requirement of the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your order was delivered to Canada, or any other country outside of the U.S.A., the cost of goods are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us for further details.
