RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Our guidelines provide you with an easy way to return your purchase. Our returns policy covers manufacturers defects or items that are not suitable, it does not cover improper use or glasses that have been physically altered.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your wish to return the product.
Unfortunately return requests received after this period or those not accompanied by a valid #RMA number will be refused.
- Contact Customer Service either via email or telephone to request a RMA authorization number(Returns Merchandise Authorization)
- Pack your purchase(s) in its original packing and include a note of your RMA number.
- Send your purchase to the address below. Return shipping costs are not covered by Matrix 2 Sunglasses.
- Upon receipt of your merchandise a credit less original shipping costs will be posted to your financial institution. Please allow at least 48 hours for the credit to appear on your account.
Returns are only available to our US customers.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
Our exchange policy covers manufacturers defects or items that are not suitable.
Please contact Customer Service either via email or telephone to arrange for an exchange.
Once we receive your item for exchange we will send your new order by USPS Ground Mail at no additional cost. We will notify you via email that your item has been dispatched.
